The New Year has arrived with many exciting events for us all to enjoy. Yes, in-person is back with a bang! There are hundreds of yachting events that you can attend worldwide, from MYBA to the Superyacht Forum, and Evolution is delighted to share this selection of our top picks which we look forward to attending during the year ahead.
Superyacht Summit on the go
31st January – Barcelona, Spain
Our first event of the year is the Superyacht Summit on the go by Superyacht Technology Network. This introduces all the most exciting products for superyachts and some behind-the-scenes visits of big technology brands.
You will be able to discuss different tech-related topics with all kinds of professionals, from technical crew and managers, to project managers and management companies, as well as yacht and interior designers, new-build captains and many more. Catch up with all the latest industry news and updates, and enjoy an exclusive dinner in a secret spot.
Yare Networking
15th – 17th March – Viareggio, Italy
Yare, Yachting Aftersales & Refit experience is Viareggio’s international superyacht industry event that brings together shipyards, companies, and captains. There will be forums and workshops, face-to-face meetings with key leaders, product presentations, and social networking opportunities. Evolution will be here waiting for you to do a quick catch up in the B2C meet the Captains meetings, and Belén, our Barcelona Manager, will be a speaker of the debate “The Future of Superyachts, our People and the Planet” together with many other inspiring people of the industry. MYBA Charter Show
24th – 27th April – Barcelona, Spain
MYBA Charter Show, is known as the exciting yachting event that kicks off the charter season in Barcelona, where the best charter boats await your visit in Marina Port Vell. This brings together the world’s leading luxury charter professionals and offers the opportunity to explore some of the finest yachts available for charter. Participants can meet crew and captains, and explore an exceptional array of leading-edge services.
Palma Superyacht Village
27th – 30th April – Palma de Mallorca, Spain
Just after MYBA comes the Palma Superyacht Village, which is hosted in the Moll Vell area, right in front of Palma’s stunning Cathedral next to the old town, full of restaurants, outdoor cafes, and elegant boutiques.
Check out Palma’s biggest yachting event, discover more about Balearic Islands as a destination in the Balearic Yacht Destination stand, and hang out with industry colleagues exhibiting their latest products and services.
Cannes Yachting Festival
12th – 17th September – Cannes, France
Inaugurated in 1977, the Cannes Yachting Festival returns every September to the sparkling bay of Cannes, internationally renowned for its elegance and luxury. Cannes is one of Europe’s leading in-water boating events where major players in pleasure-yachting launch the event season by showcasing their new premieres to a captive audience of yachting fans.
Monaco Yacht Show
27th – 30th September – Monaco
Monaco Yacht Show is THE SHOW par excellence. As the top pick of most yachting professionals and enthusiasts, this gathering has much to offer. From the huge charter and sale offers to the presence of industry experts across all areas, and a jam-packed programme of professional and social events, this one is unmissable!
Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show
25th-29th October – Miami, US
Hosted in the sunny city of Miami, Florida, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, also known as FLIBS, is the largest in-water boat show in the world. From an exclusively curated VIP experience to family-friendly programming, this show presents a magnificent experience for industry professionals and enthusiasts alike.
Gulf Superyacht Summit
22nd-23rd November – Dubai
The Gulf Superyacht Summit by Superyacht Times informs, assists, and advises yachting clients and professionals, and aims to develop the Gulf as a superyacht winter destination. Dubai already hosts many events that attract large crowds of superyachts. It is becoming an interesting yacht destination, currently under development.
The Superyacht Forum
14th-16th November – Amsterdam
The Superyacht Forum is held at Amsterdam’s RAI building. This event is a perfect place to discuss future trends, innovation, and the latest industry news. Workshops, meetings, and networking are the stars of The Superyacht Forum.
METS
15th – 17th November – Amsterdam
METSTRADE is one of the world’s largest trade exhibitions of marine equipment, materials, and systems. It is the only international B2B exhibition for the marine leisure industry, and is considered an important platform for innovation, market developments and networking. It caters particularly for superyacht, marinas, shipyards, and industry specialists.
Antigua Charter Yacht Show
